Hi there!
I'm Kameron.

With 7+ years of graphic design experience, working in both agency and enterprise product environments, I focus my attention on design detail and determining user impact. I've enjoyed working collaboratively with designers, researchers, and product managers to understand users’ needs and behaviors.

My skills include facilitating human centered design thinking and user research. I enjoy translating my research findings into designs that provide effective, efficient experiences to users by producing sketches, wireframes, and prototypes that facilitate the communication of solutions to stakeholders and partners. I utilize multiple tools to do so, including Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Balsamiq, Gliffy, and Axure.

I am passionate about working to solve complex design problems for web interactions and creating meaningful and efficient user experiences from complex data. I enjoy bringing others strengths together and working collaboratively to solve these problems. 

When not working on projects, I can be found eating my way through Austin's food scene, snuggling my cat, Meeko, or attempting to keep the plants on my patio alive. I bleed Texas State maroon and gold (Eat 'Em Up, Cats!) and have a deep appreciation for traveling and adventure.

Design lead for Checking Account product set-up modernization: Leading cross-functional efforts in user research/testing, project roadmapping, concepting, design execution, & development support.
Lead Bank Omnichannel call mitigation design efforts with a goal of reducing servicing calls by 2M in 2020.

Omnichannel
Design lead for several projects focused on automating processes for customer service representatives and improving customers’ digital self-service experiences.
Working with our business and development partners to create project roadmaps to further develop omnichannel design thinking within USAA’s Bank organization.

Bank Unboxing
Worked with experience owners, process owners, and development partners on projects focused on USAA members’ debit card/checking account journeys.
Developed system to communicate with members using a multifaceted, multi-channel approach during the first 45 days of account opening meant to encourage product use, explain features & benefits, and eventually lead to deepening the customer journey.
Drove design and communication strategy for project focused around teaching customers how to add money to their accounts when using digital banking products.
